1. Validity of the sales contract, product and price information
1.1 Sales conditions apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Store.
1.2 The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products in euros. The price includes a fee for delivering the goods, except for campaigns during which the goods are delivered free of charge.
1.3 The fee for the delivery of the goods depends on the location of the buyer and the method of delivery. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when completing the order.

2. Placing the order
2.1 To order the goods, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart. To complete the order, you must fill in the required data fields and select the appropriate method of product delivery. The amount of the fee in euros is then displayed on the screen, which can be paid via a bank link.
2.2 You can pay for the goods through the Pocopay payment solution and through the bank links of the following banks:

3. Delivery

4. Right of withdrawal

4.2. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
4.3 In order to exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods may not be used in any other way than is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in a way that is permitted for inspection.

4.6 The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return lies in the fact that the item to be returned does not correspond to what was ordered (e.g. a wrong or defective item).
4.7 The buyer must return the goods within 14 days following the submission of the application or provide proof that he has handed over the goods to the carrier of the goods within the aforementioned period.
4.8 Upon receipt of the returned goods, the online store shall return to the buyer immediately, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal, all fees received from the buyer under the contract.
4.9 The online store may refuse to make refunds until it has received the item that is the subject of the contract or until the buyer has provided evidence that he has returned the item, whichever occurs first.
4.10 If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest usual delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store does not have to refund the cost to the consumer that exceeds the cost associated with the usual delivery method.
4.11 The online store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the goods back from the buyer, if the price of the goods in the online store is marked significantly below the market price of the goods due to an error.
5. The right to file a claim
